Race 1 – CHIP TYRE RECYCLERS NOVICE 460m

2 He's Nosey – bumped with another runner approaching the first turn. Bumped on a number of occasions through the first turn and lost ground. Improved onto the heels of another runner when approaching the turn into the back straight and lost ground. 

 

3 She's Available – bumped with another runner approaching the first turn. Bumped on a number of occasions through the first turn and lost ground.

 

4 Volvo Soccer Mum – best to begin.

 

6 Just Law – checked off heels when leaving the first turn and lost ground.

 

7 Flying Xena – checked leaving the first turn and lost ground. Contacted from behind approaching the turn into the back straight and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury the near wrist and was stood down for a period of 5 days.

 

 

Race 2 – TERRY SIGNS GRADE 4 460m

2 Oriental Ollie – collided into another runner when entering the first turn and lost ground. Checked and lost ground when entering the back straight.

 

4 Jayville Tuxedo – marginally slow to begin.

 

6 Really Royal – checked entering the first turn and lost ground. Raced tight and checked with another runner on multiple occasions through the first turn, losing significant ground. Checked off heels and lost further ground when approaching the turn into the front straight.

 

8 Factional - Raced tight and checked with another runner on multiple occasions through the first turn, losing significant ground.

 

 

Race 3 – EAST END HOTEL MIXED 2/3 460m

1 Fernando Tears – slow to begin. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

2 Yogi's My Dad – checked and lost momentum when entering the first turn.

 

6 Courtois – checked and lost momentum when entering the first turn.

 

8 Cambla Lala – hampered entering the back straight.

 

 

Race 4 – TAB 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 460m

1 Dark Zorro – checked entering the front straight.

 

2 Zipper Up – bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Hampered, checked off heels and lost considerable ground in the back straight.

 

3 Roman Siren – bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Checked entering the front straight, then deviated its attention towards the runner racing to the inside, making muzzle contact with that runner and losing significant ground. Subsequently was charged under GAR69 (Marring 1st offence) and was stood down from racing at Bundaberg for a period of 28 days and will need to perform a satisfactory stewards trial before resuming racing.

 

4 Dig Deep – best to begin. Heels were contacted in the back straight and lost ground.

 

7 Louisiana Flyer – tightened for room and hampered when entering the first turn.

 

 

 

Race 5 – ENDEAVOUR FOUNDATION GRADE 5 550m

1 Deep Emotion – checked on a number of occasions immediately after the start. Checked and lost ground entering the first turn.

 

2 Savoir – tightened for room and checked on a number of occasions immediately after the start.

 

3 Magic Sue – checked on a number of occasions immediately after the start.

 

4 Ragin' Comet – marginally slow to begin. Severely hampered entering the first turn, then shifted wide and lost substantial ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

5 Hillside Fear – bumped shortly after the start. Checked off heels and lost considerable ground approaching the first turn.

 

6 Rock On Roxy – checked, shifted outwards and raced very wide through the first turn, losing substantial ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury the off wrist and was stood down for a period of 5 days.

 

7 Reveal – hampered then shifted wide through the turn into the front straight.

 

 

 

Race 6 – UNCLE RUSTY'S PHOTOS 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 460m

2 Iron Bar Kelly – checked off heels entering the turn out of the back straight and lost ground.

 

3 Cambla Samba Kid - bumped on a number of occasions approaching the first turn. Tightened for room, checked and lost ground entering the first turn. Checked and lost considerable ground leaving the first turn. Checked and lost further ground entering the front straight.

 

4 Expat Monza – checked immediately after the start and lost significant ground.

 

5 Call Me Gibbs – shifted inwards and collided into another runner immediately after the start, losing ground. Bumped on a number of occasions approaching the first turn. Hampered and lost momentum when entering the first turn. Hampered and lost ground in the back straight. Hampered and lost momentum entering the turn out of the back straight. Hampered and shifted inwards approaching the finish. 

 

7 Surbiton – hampered, checked and lost considerable ground leaving the first turn. Checked off heels and lost considerable ground entering the turn out of the back straight. Checked and lost ground entering the front straight.

 

8 Dr. Outlander – checked on a number of occasions and lost ground when leaving the first turn.

 

 

Race 7 – CRAFT RENTAL 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 460m

2 Gruff Rose – bumped on a number of occasions entering the first turn. Raced wide through the turn into the front straight.

 

3 Naughty Streak – checked and lost ground approaching the first turn. Tightened for room, checked and lost significant ground entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

4 Casual Beach – checked and lost ground approaching the first turn.

 

5 All Inn Tilly – checked and lost ground approaching the first turn.

 

6 Rock Like Jagger – checked and lost ground approaching the first turn.

 

 

 

Race 8 – BARGARA BAKERY MA5 460m

1 Crakalakin Caity – checked leaving the turn out of the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a sub-lumbar strain and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

2 Burrum Boy – checked leaving the first turn and lost ground. Checked and lost further ground when entering the back straight.

 

3 Glamorous Pins – bumped entering the first turn. Bumped entering the front straight.

 

4 Branwell Lee – hampered and lost momentum approaching the turn out of the back straight. Checked entering the front straight and lost ground.

 

5 Jonathan's Rose – marginally slow to begin. Bumped leaving the first turn. Checked entering the front straight and lost ground.
