General:

· The meeting was delayed and all races were put back by one due to the video replay computer system malfunctioning and to allow a service technician the chance to attend and try to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, the computer could not be repaired.

· Stewards however proceeded with the meeting using alternate sources to view the replays.  All races will be officially reviewed when the footage is obtained.

Race 1 - UNCLE RUSTY'S PHOTOS MAIDEN 315m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 2 - CRAFT RENTALS MAIDEN 460m

4.Move Over Honey – Checked off the heels entering the back straight and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 3 - TAB NOVICE 460m

2.Power Up Annie – Checked on heels and faulted in its actions entering the back straight. Shifted wider and gave ground in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside wrist sprain and hind pad abrasions. Under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 4 - ISFAB GRADE 5 (1) 315m

6. Valentine Teddy – Shifted wider on the first turn. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Matthew Helibron regarding the greyhound’s performance. When asked, trainer Mr. Helibron stated that it was the greyhounds first start at the track and he had found minor pad abrasions to the offside hind. Stewards noted the explanation.

Race 5 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS GRADE 5 (1) 460m

5.Zipping Griswald – Slow to Begin and shifted wider on the first turn. and remained wide for remainder of race and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Stewards spoke to trainer Ms. Narelle Mulcahy regarding the greyhound’s performance. When asked, trainer Ms. Mulcahy stated that it was the greyhounds first start at the track and the dog had only arrived from interstate the previous week. Stewards noted the explanation.

Race 6 -TOTAL GREENS TURF GRADE 5 (2) 460m

2.It’s A Caution – Checked entering the first turn. Checked on the first turn. Checked entering the second turn and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside wrist sprain. Under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

Race 7 - RACE REVOLUTION MIXED 4/5 460m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 8 - QGOLD FINAL OPEN 531m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 9 - GLOBAL TURF 5PW 460m

3.Orson Charli – Faulted in its actions on the first turn and gave ground in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside carpal sprain and a nearside thigh muscle strain. Under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

Race 10 - WALKER ST WHOLESALE BAKERY MIXED 3/4 315m

4. Righteous Bale – Lost footing and gave ground soon after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside wrist sprain. Under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 11 - SKY RACING MA5 315m

· No matters of concern to stewards.
