General: Sunnyholt Bolt – Late scratching at 11:02am due to the greyhound not being fit to race (GAR 23(2)).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Due to the circumstances surrounding the non–presentation, trainer, S Neary was required to present stewards with a veterinary certificate, fine pending $200.

Race 1 - WAYNE HARRIS MAIDEN (1) 366m

3 Daysea's Tiny Bumped on several occasions approaching the finish.

4 Mojo Espresso Slow to begin.

5 Calypso Ruby Bumped approaching the finish.

6 Go Forward Tink Checked off heels shortly after the start. Bumped shortly after the 200m.  checked approaching the 100m.

7 Wildash Izzy Bumped shortly after the 200m.

5 Minnesota Ace Bumped shortly after the start. Shifted out approaching the 200m and ran wide for the middle stages of the race.

Race 3 - SYD NORRIS APPRECIATION NOVICE 366m

4 State Of Rage Checked shortly after the start. Bumped on several occasions approaching the finish.

5 Unlimited Blitz Bumped shortly after the start. Checked shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

Race 11 - JIM NEARY LIFE MEMBER GRADE 5 (4) 366m

3 Ferazzi Bumped shortly after the start. Checked off heels approaching the 200m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside wrist, 14 days stand down.

6 Tessie Desilver Bumped shortly after the 200m.

8 I'm All Heart Bumped approaching the 200m. Checked off heels shortly after the 200m.

Race 12 - HAPPY 62ND BIRTHDAY TUBBY MA5 366m

2 Bear Zar Bumped on several occasions over the middle stages of the race.

3 Paua Of Bondi Checked shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the off side shoulder, 7 days stand down. Stewards questioned Trainer L Weeding regarding the actions of Paua Of Bondi over the final stages of the race. After reviewing the available evidence, stewards decided on this occasion to give the greyhound the benefit of the doubt.
