Race 1 - CAPALABA CAR WORLD MAIDEN 366m

 

2 Hara’s Usain – Commenced to give ground approaching the 150m mark.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

 

9 Harold’s Harem – Took an awkward stride approaching the winning post.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

Race 2 - JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 366m

 

8 Daysea’s Bug – A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

 

Race 3 - WYNNUM HAULAGE GRADE 6 (1) 366m  

 

7 Maps - Proved difficult to box at the start of the race. Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR 106(2) advised trainer representative M.Rafferty that the greyhound will now be boxed first for future race starts.

 

Race 4 - AMJ ENGINEERING & FABRICATION GRADE 6 (2) 366m

 

7 No Cover – Took an awkward stride approaching the 50m mark.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

Race 5 - SWOOSH FINANCE GRADE 5 (1) 366m

 

2 Daysea’s Shelly - Late scratching at 9:38am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a Veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.

 

Race 6 - COM A.V. COMMS AUDIO VISUAL INSTALLS PREFERENTIAL BOX DRAW FINAL1-3 WINS 366m

Race 7 - RACE REVOLUTION TIMING SYSTEMS GRADE 5 (2) 366m

 

3 Spike Millington – Checked on numerous occasions shortly after the start.  Took an awkward stride approaching the 250m mark and commenced to give ground.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

Race 8 - ANNUAL PEST MANAGEMENT PREFERENTIAL BOX DRAW 5TH GRADE FINGRADE 5 366m
