7 Batman Returns – Approaching the 100m mark faulted in its action. Approaching the winning post gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside shoulder. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 10 days. |

2 Turbo Express – Shortly after the start was checked off heels. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside pin. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 7 days.
6 Wings Of Fury – Approaching the winning post turned its head inwards towards the inside runner and made muzzle contact. Stewards spoke to trainer G Paul regarding the greyhounds’ actions. After considering all available evidence stewards invoked GAR123 Marring – First Offence, 28 days stand down at Capalaba and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to returning to racing. |

10 Untrained Eye – Late scratching at 9:29am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to an injury. The greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a Veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.
