3 Aim High – Severely checked and tightened for racing room shortly after the start. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have and abrasion to the offside hock, stood down for 3 days. |

Race 4 – RACE REVOLUTION TIMING SYSTEM MA5 366m
1 Aliir – Slow away. Stewards spoke with trainer Mr Leith McHugh regarding the greyhound’s performance in today’s event. Mr McHugh advised that in his opinion the greyhound’s slow beginning was a significant factor in the result. He further stated that he was happy with the performance and advised that neither he nor connections had supported the greyhound in the event.

7 In Absentia - Best away. Stewards spoke with trainer Mr Robert Patching regarding the greyhound’s improved performance in today’s event. Mr Patching advised that, following the greyhound’s previous start more than one month ago, she had recovered from a minor illness which had delayed her return to racing. He further stated that he intends to reduce the frequency of the greyhound’s racing engagements going forward. Mr Patching advised that he had supported the greyhound in the event in line with his usual wagering activity and expressed happiness with the performance.
