3 Red Rudolph – Slow away. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Darren Makowiecki regarding the greyhound’s performance which he stated that this was the greyhounds first start at Capalaba and this was an improved time then during trials. The plan going forward was to retire the greyhound. Stewards noted these comments.
8 Professor Samson – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the offside stopper and stood down for 14 days. |
