1 Bye Brunette – Shifted out, checked another runner and became unbalanced approaching the finishing line. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent. Stewards spoke with Trainer Mr Carlin Wendt regarding the greyhound’s racing manners during the event, after taking in to consideration his submissions and race replays stewards were not comfortably satisfied the greyhound had offended under any rules of racing. No further action was taken. |

4 Smash The Joker – Checked and tightened for racing room shortly after the start. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the nearside calf muscle and stood down for 7 days. |

4 Force – Checked on numerous occasions shortly after the start. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr Kadniak regarding the greyhound’s performance which he stated that the racing inference during the race was a contributing factor, he also stated that the greyhound will be nominated at the Q1 in future events. Stewards noted his explanation. |
