7 One Rose – Checked shortly after the start.

8 Six Schooners – Ran wide entering the back straight. Improved on to heels in the back straight, losing ground. Wide home straight. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

9 Dodgy Nick (5) – Checked shortly after the start. Dragged down by another in the back straight, losing ground. Bumped another runner entering the home straight.

1 This Time Hayden – Dragged down from behind leaving the back straight, losing ground. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed a small puncture wound offside hock and was stood down from racing for a period of ten (10) days.

2 Ollie Sinclair - Severely checked on turn entering the back straight. Wide in the home straight.

3 Fancy Ava – Checked shortly after the start. Severely checked on turn entering the back straight. Wide in the back straight. Improved onto heels leaving the back straight, losing ground.

7 Building Success - Checked shortly after the start. Checked on turn entering the back straight, losing ground. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

8 This Time Talks - Checked shortly after the start. Checked leaving the back straight. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Stewards spoke to trainer Stella Marschke regarding the greyhound’s actions in the back straight. Stewards viewed the video replay and considered submissions from the trainer and the veterinary report. Stewards were comfortable that This Time Talks kept racing true in the back straight and no action was taken against This Time Talks.

Race 7 - WHITE ROSE BOARDING KENNELS BEST 8 431m

3 Libby's Girl - Checked shortly after the start. Wide in the home straight.

4 Spring Rock - Checked shortly after the start. Raced in restricted racing room leaving the back straight. Checked losing ground.

6 Little Ferrari – Severely checked after the start.

7 Spring Cleo - Severely checked after the start, losing ground. Wide in the back straight. Bumped another runner in the home straight.

8 Chance - Bumped another runner in the home straight.

5 Black Mirage – Checked leaving the home straight the first occasion. Checked entering the back straight, losing ground.

6 Serenade Me - Approaching the winning post took its attention away from the lure and shifted out. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Stewards spoke to trainer George Clegg regarding the greyhound’s actions. Stewards viewed the video replay and considered submissions from the trainer and the veterinary report. Stewards deemed that Serenade Me had turned its head before the winning post taking its attention away from the lure therefore stewards invoked GAR 69(A) Fail to Pursue 1st offence – Twenty-eight (28) days stand down from racing and must complete a satisfactory trail prior to racing next.

7 Blazing Bobby – Severely checked leaving the home straight the first occasion, losing ground. Checked entering the back straight. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

8 Jackie's Star - Severely checked leaving the home straight the first occasion, losing ground. Checked entering the back straight. Wide in the back straight

Race 9 - TAB 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 520m

2 Red Fire Ball – Slow to begin. Improved on to the heels of another runner in the back straight.

3 Fernando Blaze – Checked shortly after the start. Dragged down by another runner in the back straight, losing ground. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed a contusion to the near hind foot and was stood down from racing for a period of seven (7) days.

4 Double Tiara – Checked shortly after the start.

6 Senorita Maywyn – Checked shortly after the start. Approaching the first turn appeared to weaken. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed a strained chest muscle and was stood down from racing for a period of fourteen (14) days.

2 Shian Huey – Bumped another runner entering the home straight.

3 Royal Harbour – Checked Shortly after the start. Severely checked turning into the back straight. Wide in the back straight and again in the home straight.
