Race 1 - TAB VENUE MODE 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 288m

8 Money Man Tszyu – Became unbalanced entering the home turn, gave ground in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have a poor recovery under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days.

Race 2 - SKY RACING 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 288m

3 Heckle Night Out - Late scratching at 10.05am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to the greyhound being seasonal. The greyhound has been stood down for 28 days.

5 Freddles – Severely checked and fell entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near side should injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 60 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

8 Kimberley Kent – Severely checked and fell entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

6 Rowdy – Slow to begin, checked approaching the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside groin injury under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 6 - CHASE NEWSPAPER GRADE 4 288m

2 Give Me Donuts – Eased and turned its head outwards taking it attention away from the lure entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Steward’s spoke to trainer Marie Westwood regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to purse 3rd offence – 3 months stand down at all tracks and must complete two satisfactory steward’s trials prior to racing next.

4 Velocity Kensie – Severely checked and fell entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

6 Emerald Ability – Severely checked and fell entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

8 Samson Power – Severely checked and fell entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside pin injury under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 7 - GREYHOUND GEAR MIXED 3/4 288m

4 In A Slipstream – Checked entering the home turn then gave ground and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside groin injury under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 9 - CENTURY POOLS 5TH GRADE HEAT 6 GRADE 5 288m

2 Simmering – Checked in the back straight then gave ground and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside wrist injury under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 11 - SKY RACING MA5 (2) 288m

3 Jury’s Out – Faltered in its action soon after the start and took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside back muscle injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 60 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

8 Flying Caliente – Collided with another runner and fell entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.
