3. Alberton Park – Struck its head on the lids at box rise. Entering the first turn was checked. Exiting the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a head laceration and was stood down from racing for 14 days.
9. Little Cosmo – Shortly after the start was checked. Exiting the first turn was tightened, checked, and then fell taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an off-hind abrasion and was stood down from racing for 5 days. |

1. Johhny Koala – Approaching the winning post on the first occasion was checked. Entering the back turn was tightened. Approaching the winning post on the final occasion became unbalanced momentarily and then checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an off-hind abrasion and was stood down from racing for 3 days.
3. Duffman – Approaching the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a near hind split webbing injury and was stood down from racing for 14 days. |
