7 Mystic Art In the home straight shifted in and bumped the runner to its inside for a number of strides. Stewards spoke to Trainers representative Rusty Dillon regarding the greyhounds actions in the home straight. After viewing all available footage stewards elected to give the greyhound the benefit of the doubt with regards to its racing manners. Stewards will monitor all future performances closely.
8 Wedges Checked at the first turn and lost ground, shortly after became unbalanced and fell taking no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. |
