Race 1 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MDNPW 352m

 

1 Hara’s Hudson – Turned its head and shifted outwards towards another runner over the concluding stages. Steward’s spoke to trainer T Hancock regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to purse (2nd offence) – 28 days stand down at all tracks and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

 

Race 2 - LADBROKES MATES MODE POTS MAIDEN 352m

 

6 Mally’s Boy – Checked in the first turn. Commenced to give ground for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the stomach muscles and was subsequently stood down for 28 days. Further, the greyhound will be required to complete an injury trial prior to returning to racing.
