General: Due to a mechanical issue race 6 and all subsequent race starting times were adjusted to the following times:

Race 1 - 14 RACES TODAY - LADBROKES POPULAR SRM MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 352m

 

2. Sassy Snow – Entering the first turn was checked and then fell taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside foreleg injury and was stood down from racing for 90 days and must complete a satisfactory Stewards trial prior to racing next.

 

4. Bowl Cut Jean – Entering the first turn was checked and dragged down and then fell taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings.

 

Race 2 - KILKIVAN HOTEL MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 352m

 

2. Goldstar Macey – Through the first turn turned its head outwards towards the outside runner. Exiting the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Riley Evans regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR124 Failing to pursue – 28 day stand down at Q1 Lakeside and must complete a satisfactory Steward’s trial prior to racing next.

 

9. Goldstar Carter – Through the first turn turned its head outwards towards the outside runner. Exiting the first turn turned its head outwards towards the outside runner and was then checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Riley Evans regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR124 Failing to pursue – 28 day stand down at all tracks and must complete a satisfactory Steward’s trial prior to racing next.

2. Hara’s Avery – Through the first turn was checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings.

4. Majestic One – Shortly after the start was checked heavily. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings.
