Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative Miss Xanthe Newman regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. After reviewing the footage and hearing Miss Newman’s submissions, Stewards invoked GAR124 Failing to Pursue (1st offence) and stood down Goldstar Herb for 28 days at Q1 Lakeside plus the completion of a satisfactory trial. |
