Race 2 was delayed approximately 2 minutes due to Carly Boy Molloy undergoing a pre-race veterinary examination when arriving at the starting boxes.
3 Carly Boy Molloy – Late scratching at 2.44pm when the greyhound was found to have mild lameness and an elevated temperature due to a suspected insect bite, the greyhound has been stood down for 3 days.
7 Golden Sparkles - Late scratching at 11.10am due to illness the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a Veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.
8 Blue Fairy – Checked in the back straight then gave ground and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.
9 Katie Cuddles - Late scratching at 11.16am due to illness the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a Veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.

2 Goldstar Ghost - Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative Bonnie Evans regarding the greyhound’s actions approaching the winning post. After considering all available evidence, the greyhound was given the benefit of the doubt if it had contravened any rule.

5 Goldstar Klein – Checked soon after the start, severely checked and fell entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside hind leg abrasion, the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

2 Goldstar Saint – Turned its head inward making contact with another runner in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer’s representative Bonnie Evans regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 123 Marring 3rd offence – 3 months stand down at all tracks and must complete two satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.
8 Hold The Gavel – Marred by another runner in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

|
|
1 Sampson – Became unbalance in the back straight then trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside hip support injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days.
5 Manila Phantom – Faltered in its action on the home turn and took no further part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside hock injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 90 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

4 Sirius Coco – Checked on the home turn, checked in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near side shin injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.
