5 Monkey Pants – Turned its head outwards for several strides approaching the finishing line making head and muzzle contact to the runner on its outside. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Tony Andrews regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. After reviewing the footage and hearing Mr Andrews’ submissions, Stewards invoked GAR123 Marring (2nd offence) and stood down Monkey Pants for 28 days at all tracks plus the completion of a satisfactory trial. |
