5 Typhoon Saskia – Checked entering the home turn, checked on the home turn then became unbalanced and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

7 Cumbria Benny – Severely checked and fell in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have a near side foreleg injury and a near side hock injury the greyhound was euthanised on humane grounds. Post-race blood and urine samples were obtained.
