7 Brother Ronny – Shifted outwards and turned its head towards another runner over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the pelvis and was subsequently stood down for 14 days. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 125 Fail to purse by reason of injury – 14 day stand down at Q Straight and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |
