3. Majestic Milline – Shortly after the start faltered in its action appearing injured, taking no real competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its nearside hip support. A 28 day stand down was imposed. Trainer S Topping advised stewards the greyhound would now be retired.

1. More Envy – Over the concluding stages faltered in its action appearing injured. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its offside whip muscle. A 10 day stand down was imposed. |

4. Day Of When – Near the finish put in an awkward stride appearing injured. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its offside pin. A 7 day stand down was imposed. |

3. Fame Beckons – Near the finish shifted outwards and momentarily eased. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer D Simon regarding the greyhound’s actions at that stage of the event, after reviewing the video replay and the hearing the submissions from Ms Simon, stewards deemed Fame Beckons was in breach GAR 124 Failing to Pursue. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Fame Beckons was suspended from racing at Q Straight for 28 days and until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial. |
