4 Heat Seeker – Approximately 200m through the event gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside back muscle. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 14 days. |

Race 2 - LADBROKES TOP 2/3/4 BETTING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 350m |

1 New Day – Shortly after the start turned its head outwards towards the outside runners. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury. Stewards spoke to trainer representative F Guymer regarding the greyhounds actions. After considering all available evidence stewards invoked GAR124 Failing to Pursue (1st Offence) – 28 days at the Q Straight and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to returning to racing.
5 Raffaela – Shortly after the start was checked. Gave ground through the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury. |
