Race 1 - INDEPENDENT LIQUOR GROUP MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 350m

8. Rango Tron – At approximately the 250 metres shifted out sharply and turned its head towards the outside runner. At approximately the 150 metres turned its head outwards towards the outside runner. Approaching the winning post turned its head outwards towards the outside runner. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer representative Jedd Naum regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Failing to pursue – 28 days stand down at Q Straight and must complete a satisfactory Steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 2 - LADBROKES TOP 2/3/4 BETTING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 350m

6. Vociferous – Shortly after the start was tightened and checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 3 - LADBROKES QUICK MULTI GRADE 6 (1) 350m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 4 - STP CONSULTANTS - BRISBANE & TOWNSVILLE GRADE 6 (2) 350m

4. King Moses - Late scratching at 8:20am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to Illness the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a Veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.

Race 5 - KILKIVAN HOTEL MA5 (1) 350m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 6 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS GRADE 5 (1) 350m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 7 - ENGINEERING BY STP CONSULTANTS MIXED 4/5 350m

2. Mandanda – At approximately the 100 metres was checked and then fell taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a nearside pin muscle injury and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

Race 8 - GORSKI HARDOX TOUGH TIPPERS 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 350m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 9 - LABROKES BET TICKER GRADE 5 (2) 350m

9. Percy Two - Late scratching at 10:24am pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the greyhound was found to have an injury during kennelling, the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days

Race 10 - KILLARNEY HOTEL GRADE 5 (1) 350m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 11 – IPSWICH TRIBUNE GRADE 5 (2) 350m

Race 12 -LADBROKES SAME GAME MULTI MA5 (2) 350m  

3. Aqua Man – A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an off-foreleg toenail injury and was stood down from racing for 14 days.

4. Tallahasse Miss - Late scratching at 10:24am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to being on season the greyhound has been stood down for 28 days.

7. Casemiro Magic – At approximately the 150 metres gave ground taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside stopper injury and was stood down from racing for 90 days and must complete a satisfactory Steward’s trial prior to racing next.
