Race 1 – INDEPENDENT LIQUOR GROUP MAIDEN 350m |

3 Farmer Fox Turned its head to the outside away from the lure, shifted out and collided with another runner over the final 100m of the race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury. Stewards spoke to K Tribe, the trainer of Farmer Fox regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in running over the final stages of the race. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) failing to pursue the lure with due commitment Farmer Fox was found in breach and suspended for 28 days at Q Straight and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted. |

Race 2 – LADBROKES TOP 2/3/4 BETTING GRADE 6 (1) 350m |
|
4 Chevy Rose Turned its head to the outside away from the lure, shifted out and collided with another runner passing the middle stage of the race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.
Stewards spoke to B Kitchner, the trainer of Chevy Rose regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in running over the final stages of the race. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) failing to pursue the lure with due commitment Chevy Rose was found in breach and suspended for 28 days at Q Straight and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted. |

8 Tibetan Belle Turned its head to the outside away from the lure, shifted out and collided with another runner passing the middle stage of the race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the pelvis, 5 days stand down from racing.
Tibetan Belle underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have pelvic soreness, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer, C Bourke regarding the greyhounds racing manners in running. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125(a), failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury) Tibetan Belle was found in breach and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.
