5 Mr. Grumps – Bumped at approximately the 200m, gave ground and trailed the field from the 150m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Stewards spoke to trainer Jordy Melrose regarding the greyhound’s performance, Mr Melrose stated that although he was disappointed with the greyhound’s performance the greyhound is lacking race fitness as the greyhound is returning from a spell after being injured and he expects the greyhound to improve from tonight’s run. Stewards noted the submissions.

6 Dynamic Ethics – Went up with the lids, commenced to give ground from the 150m appearing injured. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near side hock injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 90 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.
10 Navada Neveah – Trailed the field for the majority of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near side chest muscle injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.
