Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing 10 days. Steward’s spoke to trainer representative L Druery regarding the greyhound’s actions. After considering all available evidence steward’s invoked GAR125 – Failing to Pursue by reason of Injury. The greyhound has been stood down for the 10 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to returning to racing. |
