Destroying – Late scratching at 12:20pm when kennel representative Tony Brett reported the greyhound to be injured. Destroying was presented on-track to the QRIC veterinarian for examination with an injury found to the left fore. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. |

Van Wyck – Late scratching at 12:21pm when the kennel reported the greyhound to be ill. A 10 day stand down period was imposed, and a veterinary certificate is required prior to next nominating. |

Mustang Hayze – lead through the turn and in the back straight. Hampered when rounding the turn out of the back straight and gave ground for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities. |

Autumn Storm – severely checked and lost considerable ground on the first turn. Shifted wider on the turn out of the front straight and out of the back straight on the second occasion with Autumn Storm losing ground throughout the race. A post-race veterinary revealed a strain to the right shoulder with a 10 day stand down period imposed. |
