2. Sobriquet – A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its offside pin and hip. A 10 day stand down from racing was imposed.

Race 4 – ROSEWOOD VETERINARY SERVICE MIXED 5/6 C2 710m

5. Watch My Six - Near the finish eased and deviated its head to the runner on its inside. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its nearside hip and pin. A 10 day stand down from racing was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer W Nicholls regarding the greyhound’s actions for that stage of the event. After hearing the steward’s observation, reviewing the video replay, and taking submissions from Mr Nicholls, stewards deemed Watch My Six to be in breach of GAR 125 failing to pursue by reason of injury. Watch My Six was suspended from racing at all tracks until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial in conjunction with a 10-day suspension at the Q2 Parklands as this was where the offence occurred.

Race 6 – ENGINEERING BY STP CONSULTANTS GRADE 5 C2 520m

2. She Picked It – Rounding the home turn the momentarily eased and again in the home straight deviated its head to the runner on its inside. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its offside foreleg/dew claw. A 10 day stand down from racing was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative C Gardoll regarding the greyhound’s actions for that stage of the event. After hearing the steward’s observation, reviewing the video replay, and taking submissions from Mr Gardoll, stewards deemed She Picked It to be in breach of GAR 125 failing to pursue by reason of injury. She Picked It was suspended from racing at all tracks until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial in conjunction with a 10-day suspension at the Q2 Parklands as this was where the offence occurred.

7. Barefoot Royale – Took the 1^st turn wide, a short distance later through the 1^st turn faltered in its action appearing injured. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its nearside hock. A 90 day stand down from racing was imposed.
