General:

After persistent rain from 2:00pm until approximately 4:45pm stewards conducted a track inspection at 4:50pm and rated the track as slow. At approximately 5:45pm further rain continued to fall, following kennelling at 6:10pm stewards conducted another track inspection during persistent rain. It was decided to put all races back 1 race to commence at 7:15pm. With rain continuing to fall stewards decided at approximately 6:30pm to put all races back another race with the first to commence at 7:35pm. At 7:20pm stewards conducted another track inspection during persistent rainfall with four trainers Neville Jackson, Dallas Beckett, Trent Thorley and Mark Bube and the decision was made to abandon the race meeting at 7:30pm due to the state of the track, inclement weather and welfare of the greyhounds.
