General:

Shortly before the start of Race 1 the course curator was having mechanical troubles with the race day tractor. As a result of waiting for a replacement tractor Stewards made the decision to put Races 1 to 11 back one race time and then start race 12 at 10:29pm.

Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN 407m

 

1 Double Espresso, slow away and shifted out and bumped another greyhound going around the first turn, checked off hind legs approaching the home turn.

 

3 Dance Diva, slow to begin and was checked and lost ground going around the first turn.

 

4 Sunset Sienna, raced wide for the majority.

 

6 Foxy One, was hampered going around the first turn and checked and lost ground in the back straight.

 

7 Supreme Orson, slow away.

 

8 Surprise Pocket, raced wide throughout.

 

 

Race 2 - SKY RACING NOVICE (1) 407m

 

1 Nomad Road, slow away and raced wide for the majority.

 

2 Jet's Image, in the back straight was checked from behind and lost ground.

 

4 Nanny's Magic, shifted out over the concluding stages.

 

5 Suited It, slow away.  

 

8 Queen Norma, slow away.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Race 3 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (2) 407m

 

1 Black Maxie, dropped out over the concluding stages, was sent for a post race veterinary examination and no abnormalities were found.

 

2 What An Outcome, very slow to begin.

 

4 Tokyo Flying, was marred by another runner over the concluding stages.

 

7 Fix It Felix, coming around the home turn commenced to slow and turn towards another runner on the inside. Over the concluding stages marred the runner on the inside. As this was the second marring offence for Fix It Felix trainer Ken Boody was advised the greyhound was stood down from racing for 3 months and must pass a satisfactory Stewards trial before racing again.

 

8 Scandalise, slow away.

 

 

Race 4 - DIPLOCK'S COLLISION REPAIR CENTRE MIXED 3/4 407m

 

4 Wise Decisions, slow to begin.

 

6 Angel Harks, lost ground in the back straight and raced wide for the majority

 

8 Loco Dinero, slow away.

 

 

Race 5 - ROCKY FEED & SEED MIXED 4/5 407m

 

3 Rosa's Gold, slow to begin.

 

5 Mexicali Jane, slow to begin.

 

6 Merlin's Missilem, lost ground in the back straight.

 

8 My Bro Beach, slow to begin.

 

 

Race 6 - NEWSXPRESS RICHARDSON ROAD 0-4 WINS 510m

 

1 Black Petunia, checked outwards abruptly going around the first turn checking another runner.

 

2 Say Some Words, jumped out at the start hampering other runners.

 

4 Redeemer's Kid, was checked going around the first turn.

 

5 One Rose, was hampered shortly after the start, dropped out over the concluding stages, was sent for a post race veterinary examination and no abnormalities were found.

 

6 Only The Lonely, was checked and lost ground going around the first turn.

 

 

Race 7 - ROCKHAMPTON YOUNG GUNS HEAT 1 OPEN 407m

 

4 Barely Friendly, checked and lost ground entering the back straight.

 

5 Petite Olga, checked and lost ground going around the first turn and checked off heels leaving the back straight.

 

6 Informality, was checked and lost ground shortly after the start.

 

 

8 Dr. Xena, slow to begin.

 

 

Race 8 - ROCKHAMPTON YOUNG GUNS HEAT 2 OPEN 407m

 

1 Swift Twitch, checked out off hind legs leaving the back straight.

 

3 Prosecutor, bumped with another runner at the start and was hampered coming around the home turn.

 

4 Tokyo Dreamer, bumped with another runner at the start and checked and lost ground in the back straight.

 

8 Shian Ned, slow away.

 

 

Race 9 - DINKY DI WEB DESIGN GRADE 5 (1) 407m

 

1 Lines, checked and lost ground going around the first turn.

 

3 Bailing Out, checked and lost ground going around the first turn.

 

5 Archie Harks, checked and lost ground going around the first turn.

 

8 Velocity Kayla, slow to begin.

 

 

Race 10 - SANDAL WELDING GRADE 5 (2) 407m

 

4 Daisy Cousins, raced wide throughout.

 

6 Zipping Otis, was slow to begin, dropped out over the concluding stages, was sent for a post race veterinary examination and no abnormalities were found.  

 

8 Forever Words, raced wide throughout.

 

 

Race 11 - WENDY MULRY TRAVEL GRADE 5 (3) 407m

 

4 Erratic George, raced wide throughout.

 

7 Sienna's Ace, checked and lost ground going around the first turn.

 

8 Camino Angel, slow to begin.

 

 

Race 12 – TAB MA5 407m

 

2 Until Late, was bumped in the hind legs approaching the first turn.

 

5 Jackie Dee, checked out off heels coming around the home turn.

 

7 Dr. Braelyn, very slow to begin and raced wide throughout.
