General:

The start of Race 1 was delayed 7 minutes due to no Sky Channel coverage coming from the new tower. The decision was made to film and call all races from the old tower.

The automatic start failed to activate for Race 8 over 510 metres, all runners were removed from the starting boxes and underwent veterinary inspections, subsequently all runners were cleared to race. Stewards directed the race day starter to revert to the manual start and the start was effected without any further incidents.
