A post-race veterinary examination revealed minor left fore spike wound with no standdown. Steward’s spoke to trainer Amber Boody regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to purse (1st offence) – 28 days stand down at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |
