Race 1 - DYNAMIC ELECTRICAL MAIDEN (1) 407m

5. Rosa’s Family – Checked and collided with running rail in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 2 - DYNAMIC REFRIGERATION MAIDEN (2) 407m

5.Smoke Stack – Eased and deviated attention from lure towards runner on the inside entering the front straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Gary Cluse regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to purse (1st offence) – 28 days stand down at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 3 - REGGIES PODCAST GRADE 6 (1) 407m

7. Swift Dragon – Deviated attention towards runner on the outside in the front straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Amber Boody regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to purse (1st offence) – 28 days stand down at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 4 - BECKETT FAMILY GRADE 6 (2) 407m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 5 - A2Z DENTAL ROCKHAMPTON 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 407m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 6 - PARKHURST QUALITY MEATS 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 407m

2. Ballinger Beach – Tightened by other runners, collided with running rail lost footing and fell entering the second turn, taking no further part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have right lower fore limb injury, the greyhound was euthanised on humane grounds.

5. Velocity Kirrily – Disadvantaged avoiding fallen runner. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 7 - LOVE A GREYHOUND GRADE 4 407m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 8 -SKY RACING MIXED 3/4 407m  

3. Martian – Checked and knocked off balance and fell before regaining footing and completing event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed left hind hip support injury . and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

4. Ranger Beach – Tightened for racing room, checked and fell before regaining footing and completed the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed left wrist sprain. and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

8. Awesome Cambla – Slow to Begin. Tightened for racing room, checked and fell before regaining footing and completed the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed left shoulder injury. and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 9 - DINKY DI WEB DESIGN 0-4 WINS 510m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 10 - GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 407m
