Race 1 - DYNAMIC ELECTRICAL MAIDEN (1) 407m

 

3. Rosa’s Dash - Late scratching at Kennelling due to weight variation (GAR 101(1). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Jaunita Thompson was fined $100 acting under GAR 101(3)(b)

Race 2 - DYNAMIC REFRIGERATION MAIDEN (2) 407m

 

The start was delayed by approximately 2 minutes due to lure issues

 

2. Rosa’s Rainbow - underwent a pre-race veterinary examination prior to racing and was found to have a right hind toe laceration and declared a Late scratching at 5.18pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92(2) and a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

 

Race 3 - REGGIES PODCAST GRADE 6 (1) 407m

 

·       No matters of concern to stewards.

 

Race 4 - A2Z DENTAL ROCKHAMPTON GRADE 6 (2) 407m

 

6. Swift Dragon - Late scratching at Kennelling due to weight variation (GAR 101(1). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Amber Boody was fined $100 acting under GAR 101(3)(b)

6. Chalky’s Choice – Tightened for room and checked several times soon after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

2. Rowdy – Took an awkward stride entering the back straight, Checked and took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a right hind leg injury and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 90 days and must complete a veterinary clearance trial prior to racing next.
