2. Farmor Rogue – Checked, lost footing, and fell soon after the start before regaining footing and completed the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed lower lumbar muscle strain and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days. |

6. Early Supper – Slow to Begin. Faulted in its actions entering the front straight and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Jeff Kuhl regarding the greyhound’s performance. After considering all available evidence, Stewards deemed the performance to be unsatisfactory therefore invoked GAR 129 Unsatisfactory performance the greyhound must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |

2. Next Black Jack - Stewards spoke to licensed handler Phillip Sear regarding the greyhound Next Black Jack and was issued a fine for $100.00 acting under GAR 156(f)(ii) for being negligent in that he presented the greyhound with the incorrect rug
|
|
|
|

4. Watego’s Beach – Deviated attention from lure towards runner on the inside and made muzzle contact. A post-race veterinary examination revealed left hind hip support muscle injury and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards spoke to handler Andrew Suli regarding the greyhound’s racing manners entering the front straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 marring. Mr Suli pleaded guilty to the breach and the greyhound was suspended for 28 days at Rockhampton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127, before any future nomination will be accepted.
