2. Lissy’s Gem – Deviated attention towards a runner on its outside and made muzzle contact entering the front straight and, in the front, straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer representative Amber Boody regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 123 Marring (1st offence) – 28 days stand down at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |
