General:

· Following an incident while the track was being prepared for racing and a subsequent inspection of the running rail, stewards were not satisfied that the lure would pass freely over the damaged rail and were of the opinion that it would be an unacceptable animal welfare and mechanical failure risk, subsequently the meeting was abandoned at 3:42pm
