1. Bahama Blue – Deviated its attention away from the lure entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to David Pollard, the trainer representative of Bahama Blue regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Failing to pursue. Bahama Blue was stood down for 28 days at Rockhampton and must perform a Satisfactory trial pursuant to GAR127, before any future nomination will be accepted.

4. Daysea’s Elvis – Beaten Favorite Checked shortly after the start. Checked rounding the second turn.

4. Federal Tommy – Checked rounding the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside hindleg split webbing and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound is stood down from racing for 3 days.

Race 8 – BETDELUXE SAME RACE MULTI MIXED 3/4 407m

1. Daytona Beach – Checked leaving the back straight.

4. Waka Waka – Bumped another runner in the home straight.

Race 9 – BETDELUXE TOKENS 1-3 WINS 407m

4. Naringal Boy – Checked leaving the back straight.

6. Hara’s Debbie – Checked leaving the back straight. Visibly eased before the finish line. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near foreleg triceps injury and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound is stood down from racing for 28 days. Stewards spoke to Andrew Suli, the trainer representative of Hara’s Debbie regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125 Failing to pursue with injury. Hara’s Debbie was stood down for 28 days at Rockhampton and must perform a Satisfactory trial pursuant to GAR127, before any future nomination will be accepted.
