8. Impactful – Deviated its attention away from the lure and made muzzle contact with the runner to its outside entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside hindleg injury and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down from racing for 7 days. Steward’s spoke to trainer Darren Taylor regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 123 Marring (first offence) – the greyhound was stood down for 28 days at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial. |

4. Geiger – Dragged down from behind entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. |

8. Speakeasy – Eased in the back straight. Deviated its attention away from the lure and towards the runner to its outside around the second turn and entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Steward’s spoke to trainer Darren Taylor regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Failing to pursue (first offence) – the greyhound was stood down for 28 days at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial. |

1. Mr. Wanted – Awkward in its action leaving the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a nearside groin injury and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 28 days and must complete a veterinary clearance trial. |

2. Agrari Beach – Deviated its attention away from the lure and towards the runner to its outside entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Steward’s spoke to trainer representative Andrew Suli regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Failing to pursue (first offence) – the greyhound was stood down for 28 days at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial. |
