1. High Prayer – Checked dragged down by runner behind entering the second turn A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. |

2. Fiery Words – Checked on the second turn, took an awkward stride and deviated its attention towards a runner on the outside entering the front straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed nearside front triceps muscle injury and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days. Steward’s spoke to trainer John Kuhn regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 125 Fail to pursue by reason of injury – 5 days stand down at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to returning to racing. |

After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to pursue 1st offence, 28 days stand down at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to returning to racing.
