Race 1 – BETDELUXE APP MIXED M/6 407m

1. Speakeasy – Dragged down rounding the first turn. Checked leaving the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 2 – BETDELUXE TOKENS FFA 407m

No apparent reportable incidents.

Race 3 – BETDELUXE SAME RACE MULTI MA5 407m

No apparent reportable incidents.

Race 4 – DOWNLOAD THE BET DELUXE APP GRADE 4 (1) 407m

2. High Prayer – Deviated its attention away from the lure in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed minor spike wound to the nearside hindleg. Steward’s spoke to trainer representatives Andrew Suli and Luke Suli regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR124 Failing to pursue (second offence) – the greyhound was stood down for 28 days at all tracks and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial.  

Race 5 – BETDELUXE APP GRADE 4 (2) 407m

No apparent reportable incidents.

Race 6 – BONUS BACK TOKENS WITH BETDELUXE 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 407m

No apparent reportable incidents.

Race 7 – BETDELUXE 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 407m

Stewards spoke to Mark Harris regarding an incident in the parading area with the greyhound Stand Near presented in the number 5 rug instead of the number 7 and was issued a reprimand under GAR 156(f)(ii) for being negligent in that he presented the greyhound with the incorrect rug.

Race 8 – BETDELUXE 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 407m

1. Strolling Along – Checked rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a lumbar muscle strain and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down from racing for 10 days.

6. Tiff Latimore – Checked rounding the first turn.

7. Black Sequence – Severely checked and lost balance rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed poor recovery no stand down was implemented.
