The start of the race meeting was delayed due to lightening being within close proximity to the racecourse and within the guidelines of the QRIC Adverse Weather Policy. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the left hindleg and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down from racing for 60 days and must complete a veterinary clearance trial prior to racing. |
