General:

Trainer R. Essery was fined $50.00 under the provisions of GAR 39.3 for presenting My Girl Maisy to race in Race 3 with a weight variation outside the requirement of the Rules of Greyhound Racing.  Subsequently, My Girl Maisy was a late scratching from the race.

Trainer G. Olsen was fined $50.00 under the provisions of GAR 86(o) negligent, for presenting More Please to race in Race 6 with the incorrect rug.

Race 1 - TAB MAIDEN 380m

1 Not The Norm – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

2 Regensburg – Stewards questioned the racing manners of the greyhound, in particular, the front straight.  Subsequently Regensburg was stood down from racing under the provisions of GAR 69A for a period of 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.

4 Treasury – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Raced wide in the front straight.

8 Inconsequential – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

Race 2 - GARRARDS HORSE & HOUNDS 0-1 WINS 498m

2 Zipping Sapphire – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

4 Goddess Of Speed – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.

5 Jump Like One – Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

8 Highly Rated – Slow to begin.

Race 3 - ANGLISS MEATS GRADE 5 (1) 380m

1 Patty Talks – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

3 Rob's Gift – Slow to begin.

4 Axel Boy Jose – Slow to begin.  Lost ground sharply on the turn into the front straight failing to finish the race.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off hock and was stood down for a period of 28 days and a veterinary certificate prior to racing again.

8 Red Solo Cup – Checked ff another runner in the back straight.

Race 4 - ORGANIC SOLUTIONS AUSTRALIA BEST 8 380m

4 Go Molly Go – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

5 Billy Bottaluchi – Tightened for racing room in the back straight.

Race 5 - ARTHUR MCMAHON TRAINING GRADE 5 380m

7 Dundee Dancer – Checked off another runner in the back straight.

Race 6 - BOHLE ICE GRADE 5 (2) 380m

1 Beautiful Crazy – Checked off another runner on the turn into the front straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

2 Chisel Nibbs – Slow to begin.

4 More Please – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight,

5 Rev Up Suzie – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start.

7 Friendly Shadows – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

Race 7 - HAROLD HOVI MIXED 4/5 498m

6 Zipping Homer – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.

8 Josie's Latte – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a laceration to the right hind and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Race 8 - PREMIUM GLASS FENCING GRADE 4 380m

3 Heza Rapscallion – Slow to begin.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

5 Prawn Boat – Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

6 Bintang Bullet – Shifted out to race wide on the turn into the front straight bumping another runner.

7 Super Hard – Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight. 

8 Maggi Rose – raced wide in the front straight.
