Race 1 - GET ON A GOOD THING WITH BET NATION GRADE 6 (1) 380m

 

2 Big Bubba Gump – Through the home turn was severely checked off heels. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury.

 

Race 2 - ALL RIG LIFTING & ENGINEERING GRADE 6 (2) 380m

 

7 Bernado’s Mate – Entering the turn off the back straight was checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury.

 

Race 3 - BET NATION GRADE 4 380m

 

2 Maddie Dutton – A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury.

 

Race 4 - RAMBUTAN RACING MIXED 3/4 380m

 

7 Drink Shiraz – Late scratching at 4:54pm on 28/8/25, pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to an injury to the nearside hindleg foot. The greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a Veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.

Race 6 - BURDEKIN VET SERVICES MIXED 5/6 (1) 498m

 

5 Grinch – Late scratching at 10:31am pursuant to GAR 92(2) due to an injury to the offside hindleg. The greyhound has been stood down for 3 days.

 

 

Race 7 - BETNATION.COM.AU MIXED 5/6 (2) 498m

 

No matters of concern to Stewards.

 

Race 8 - PREH WE WIN RACING OPEN 498m

 

2 Bar One Smokers – Through the first turn was severely checked and fell. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury.

 

 

Race 9 - PLACE A SRM WITH BET NATION PATHWAYS FINAL 5PW 380m

 

7 Call Me Alice – Entering the turn out of the back straight was dragged down. Through the turn out of the back straight was checked off heels. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside stopper. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 10 days.

 

8 Arapaho Malt – Fell in catching pen. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant injury.

 

Race 10 - NQ MARINA SEAFOOD GRADE 5 380m

 

No matters of concern to Stewards.

 

Race 11 – DOWNLOAD THE BET NATION APP MA5 (1) 380m

 

2 King Amar – A post-race veterinary examination revealed a spike wound injury to the offside foreleg. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 7 days.

 

Race 12 - JUSTIN REID MA5 (2) 380m

 

1 Cleo Blazer – A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside wrist. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing.

 

3 Tuta King – Entering the turn out of the back straight was tightened. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside foreleg. Under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was subsequently stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to returning to racing.
