Race 3 - HARA'S HERBIE AT STUD GRADE 6 (1) 380m

 

1 Hollywood Rocket – (Beaten favourite) Slow to begin. Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked. Checked across the heels of another runner entering the home turn and fell. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 7 - DOWNLOAD THE BET NATION APP 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 380m

 

1 Agitate – Caught on the heels exiting the first turn and faltered in its action after taking several strides. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the right hind leg, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 90 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to future nominations being accepted.

 

4 Forner’s Reign – When questioned regarding the improved performance, trainer Mr. J. La Rosa stated that he was pleased with today’s performance, noting that the greyhounds previous two wins in NSW were run in a similar front-running style as today’s event and believes the greyhound is best suited to leading. Mr. La Rosa further stated the greyhound has trialled in similar times to today’s event but has not been able to realise that in a race. Stewards noted the explanation.

 

 

Race 8 -BET NATION SAME RACE MULTI 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 380m  

 

3 Aston Vincent – Late scratching at 11:17am pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the greyhound was found to have a right hind toe injury during kennelling, the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

 

 

Race 9 - NIXE OLSEN PATHWAYS FINAL 5PW 380m

 

4 Hara’s Holly – Severely checked rounding the first turn and became unbalanced. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

 

 

Race 10 - AUSSIE PET & ANIMAL TRAVEL 5TH GRADE HEAT 4 GRADE 5 380m

Race 11 – GET ON A GOOD THING WITH BET NATION 5TH GRADE HEAT 5 GRADE 5 380m

 

8 Empty Sky – Late scratching on 16/10/2025 pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to a right back muscle injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards have received a veterinary certificate.
