4 Super Pickle – Turned its head outwards towards another runner and eased exiting the first turn and rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Steward’s spoke to trainer Ms. B. Chaffey regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Failure to pursue (1st offence) – 28 days stand down at Townsville and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

1 Gas It Up – Late scratching on 06/11/2025 pursuant to GAR 76(2) with Stewards permission, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.
6 Navabi – Late scratching on 06/11/2025 pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to a right groin muscle injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards have received a veterinary certificate.

7 Gengar Wave – (Beaten favourite) Bumped shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
8 Good Odds Raven – Late scratching at 11:06am pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the greyhound was found to be dehydrated during kennelling, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

3 Ringwald – Stewards spoke to trainer Ms. B. Chaffey regarding the improved performance of Ringwald, Ms Chaffey stated the greyhound jumped well today and was able to lead the field and sustain no interference which contributed to the improved race time; Stewards noted the explanation.

1 Willow’s Witch – Dislodged the muzzle in the starting boxes. Made contact with the running rail rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

8 Canya Revamp – Went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin as a result. Trailed the field throughout the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed bruising to the right hind leg, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 10 days.

1 Rambutan Beast – Dragged down in the back straight and conceded considerable ground. Finished tailed off. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the left wrist, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 7 days.
