General: During the Stewards pre-meeting inspections, the swab room was declared not suitable for use due to a chemical odour present in the room. Subsequently Stewards selected one greyhound from each event to undergo pre-race sampling. |

8 Cheap Reality – A post-race veterinary examination revealed a spike wound to the left fore paw, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 3 days.

3 She’s Wanted – (Beaten favourite) Checked shortly after the start. Raced wide rounding the home turn.

6 Pierre D’Arcy – Put in an awkward stride entering the second turn and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed bruised testicles, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 5 days.
7 Amber Annie – Late scratching at 11:20am pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the greyhound was found to have a chest muscle injury during kennelling, the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 7 - BURDEKIN VET SERVICES MA5 380m |

|
5 Surroundings – Checked heavily and became unbalanced after the finishing line, appeared to make contact with the inside running rail. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the skull, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 21 days.

7 Tiny’s Regret – Shifted very wide abruptly in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards directed trainer Mr. R. Lound to report back to Stewards should any abnormalities become apparent in the coming days. Mr Lound reported to Stewards on Saturday 11/04/26 that Tiny’s Regret was sore in the offside hind leg and would give consideration to scratching the greyhound out of its event on Tuesday 14/04/26.
