2 Mick’s Belle – (Beaten favourite) Checked around the heels of another runner rounding the home turn. Upon pulling up in the catching pen was noticed to have a damaged muzzle. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a small amount of blood in the mouth with no laceration identified, no stand down was issued.
