1 Precocious Storm – (Beaten favourite) Slow to begin and performed below expectations. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside back muscle, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 21 days.
3 Application – Was observed to be significantly lame upon retrieval from the racing kennels. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside foreleg, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to future nominations being accepted.
9 Enzola (5) – Lost ground on the turn off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside triceps, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 21 days.
