3 Bella Blossom – Dragged down rounding the first turn and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

2 Hara’s Suzuki – A pre-race urine sample was obtained. A post-race blood sample was obtained.

 

7 Beep – A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to the nearside foreleg, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 3 days.

 

 

Race 9 – BETNATION.COM.AU GRADE 5 (3) 380m

 

5 No Power – Checked rounding the first turn and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a spike wound to the nearside hind paw, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 7 days.

 

6 Aston Atkins – Late scratching at 8:52am pursuant to GAR 76(2) with stewards’ permission. The greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

 

 

Race 10 – STARLINE EXPRESS AT STUD 1-3 WINS (1) 380m

 

2 Sand Express – Made contact with the inside running rail in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

 

 

Race 11 – PATRICIA GROVES 1-3 WINS (2) 380m

 

2 Try To Relax – Checked by the fallen runner when rounding the first turn and fell. Failed to finish. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

 

4 Tiger Bailey – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked and fell. Took no further competitive part in the event and finished tailed off. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

 

7 Wadda Mooli – When asked to comment on the greyhound’s performance, trainer Mr. M. Rajan advised that the greyhound was resuming from a spell due to wrist soreness and has been trialling well, adding that he did not support the runner in wagering.

 

 

Race 12 – BET NATION SAME RACE MULTI MA5 380m

 

4 Outlaw Billy – Late scratching at 8:52am pursuant to GAR 76(2) with stewards’ permission. The greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

 

6 George Jetson – Faltered in its action in the back straight. Finished tailed off. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a chest muscle injury, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 7 days.
