5 Swanky Franky – Dragged down another runner rounding the first turn and fell. Took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the neck, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 3 days.

4 Canya Goose – Had the muzzle caught in the mouth when pulling up. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an abrasion to the mouth, no stand down time was issued.

4 Black Falcon – Fell in the catching pen at the conclusion of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
9 Emgrand Flash (2) – Faltered in its action exiting the first turn and conceded considerable ground. Finished tailed off. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside back muscle, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 21 days.

7 Hara’s Meryl – Late scratching at 2:08pm pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards have received a veterinary certificate.

6 Broke Bank Brian – Clipped on the heels by another runner in the back straight and then faltered in its action. Lost ground sharply and failed to finish. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hind leg, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 90 days and must complete a satisfactory Steward’s trial prior to future nominations being accepted.

6 Take Aim – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to an offside hind toe, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 21 days.
8 Blue Jet Train – Checked off another runner rounding the first turn and was carried wide and made contact with the outside rail padding. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
